Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. To cancel, please email info@kamalaattire.com. Once the order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged product, please send an unboxing video or photos to info@kamalaattire.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at no extra cost to you.
